Warranty

Our promise to you

Our promise is simple: We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with our services or we will make it right. In addition, we offer a 3-year limited warranty on all our work. Please see below for more details on the specific items our warranty is limited to.

Labour and materials are covered under warranty for three years.

If a defect occurs, we will supply labour and materials to correct the condition at no cost*. Please note that this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Also, our responsibility is limited to correcting the defected areas only.

*LIMITATIONS TO WARRANTY:
This warranty excludes — and in no event will The Urban Painter be responsible for — consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse, normal wear and tear, temperature changes, failure of workmanship done prior to our work, settlement or moisture; i.e., nail pops or cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction. Cracks will be properly prepared as indicated at time of job, but will not be covered under this warranty.
 
The exclusion also includes: Painted or stained horizontal walking surfaces (i.e. decks, floors and steps), Horizontal wood of any kind, dirt and mildew accumulation, paint failure due to rotted wood, structural defects, moisture intrusion, failure of previous paint coatings and insect infestation.
 
The Urban Painter is not responsible for differences in paint colour when performing warranty work.
