Before a project starts:
  • Free colour consultation with a professional designer
  • Delivery of our Urban Colour Box . Each box includes up to three paint samples and a few supplies to help you test out your colours
  • A complete walkthrough of your space with a senior team member who will answer your questions
During a project:
  • A professional crew will show up at your home, excited to work their magic
  • Your space will be treated like it is our own and we will take every precaution to protect your property and belongings
  • We will use products that are friendly to the surrounding environment if possible
  • Regular project updates from our team so you know exactly how things are progressing
After a project:
  • We will do a full clean of your space and other than the new fresh paint job, it will be as if we were never there
  • Touch-ups will be done with a final walk through of the project
  • A limited warranty that covers all labour and materials for three years
